Had a lovely stay! The kids enjoyed the pool view, and we appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room. Plus, it was easy to get to downtown, only a short drive away.

The beds could double as park benches—so firm! Would’ve preferred a fluffy cloud instead.

The TV glitched on about half the channels, and despite reporting it, no repair happened during my entire six-night stay. I faced cold showers a few times, which is never pleasant, especially when you're trying to start the day right. The fire alarm went off at 2 am one night, and when I contacted the front desk, they suggested pulling the battery myself, which left the alarm on the floor for days. Additionally, my room cards stopped working with no solution offered, and after addressing my concerns about these issues regarding my bill, I felt ignored. Housekeeping seemed sporadic – with no cleaning during the five nights, I had to seek out fresh towels and toilet paper.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and I was really impressed! The breakfast had an omelette station that was a hit, not to mention the freshly made waffles. The hotel’s location is perfect for a brief walk to downtown, which saves on parking costs. However, the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, but manageable during my stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Music Row while in Nashville. Friendly staff greeted us, and the breakfast options were plentiful. Despite ongoing renovations, the room was comfortable and conveniently located. A few noise issues, but overall a good experience.

The complimentary made-to-order omelets were a game changer for breakfast, I mean, who doesn’t love an omelet that’s tailored to your liking right off the grill? And props to the staff, they were friendly and went out of their way to help when I needed assistance with my room, really made a long day feel a tad easier, you know?

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for what you get, I can’t complain too much.
